Seagull Hotel, Cox’s Bazar

Condition of the rooms is not as good as a 4 Star hotel. It was a bit dirty inside. The receptionists are a bit less professional. Not in a sense of their behavior but as expertise in their work. I forgot to give them back the room key, they didn't even ask for while my departure. The food they serve was awesome 💯. No complain. Good breakfast buffet. They fill everything properly. The restaurant staffs are very professional. There is a cafe at the 1st floor. They serve very tasty desserts with a very reasonable price. Don't forget to grab one.

However, the food quality could be improved to better match the overall standard of service. With a few upgrades in the dining experience, this could easily be a 5-star stay. Recommended!"

Stayed Twice – Decent Experience Overall I've stayed at Seagull Hotel, Cox's Bazar twice and both times had a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. The hotel's location is definitely a plus — it's close to the airport, and they even offer a free airport ride, which was convenient. It's also just a short walk to the beach, and they provide sun beds and lockers, which made beach visits hassle-free. The room felt a bit dated and could use some modern updates, but the outdoor lawn area and swimming pool were well-maintained and relaxing. Overall, a comfortable stay with good service and great location. Would recommend for those looking for convenience and beach access!

Their service is top-notch. Breakfast is amazing. This hotel is in a great location very close to the beach. But the room and washroom are small and the interior is a little old. They have a very nice and big swimming pool too.

Front desk staff attitude was so rough, their attitude was like that, we should be glad for their kindness, They did a big favor, By giving a room a little earlier, (At-12:30pm) But they are not confirm when the extra-bed will set-up. we ware book the room before one month ago with 100% payment There ware mention on booking we need extra bed. The regular couple room is smaller, not comfortable with extra bed.
