a week agoThis is my first time stay in this hotel. Restaurant, room service, house keeping, each an every staff trying to give their best effort. Infinity pool is simply wow. but a little bit small. Restaurant side pool cafe also great. Just opposite side of the hotel, beach. In a word, simply great experience.

a month agoSayeman Beach Resort is one of the most popular hotels in Cox's Bazar. The location of the hotel could not be more perfect than this, it is situated just beside the ocean. Their lobby was beautifully decorated and so was the rest of the floors. Each floor had a beautiful segmented painting which caught my eye. Their infinity pool is also very popular for tourists and i can see why. The view from the pool is really beautiful. They also won the SATA ( South Asian Tourist Award) almost every year. Now that it has such a high reputation, my expectation was also high and it fell short. Though their service was prompt it lacked a humane gentler touch. The Air Conditioning in the room was not performing well. The complimentary buffet was rather bland. Though it had a Srilankan Corner, I did not find the food there tasty.

3 months agoNice Resort. Good service, specially their house keeping service is very good. Staffs are cooperative. Intercom communications fine. There is a small refrigerator inside the room but some drinks & chocolates are kept which are not complimentary. Price of these items is too high. Swimming pool is nice. Complimentary morning breakfast service is ok but food items are not tasty. Airport pickup & drop is Complimentary. End of the day its a good beach resort & their service is good.

a month agoThe service and hospitality are on point also the rooms are very modern. Room service and housekeeping people are very friendly and proactive. For the city stay, I would recommend it but for the same price in kolatoli I think Ramada gives a much better view with all the vibe and luxury.

a month agoExtremely happy with out last stay. Took some family members who were visiting from abroad. Booked the Panaromic Suite and like all other times it was a fantastic experience. The service really really great. All the staff are friendly and helpful and I think their Panaromic Suite is the best way to enjoy Cox's Bazaar!!! The best hotel to book at all times!!!
