The hotel started it’s journey by the near end of 2011 with a dream of developing domestic tourism, as well as to contribute for making Cox’s Bazar an international tourism destination. With just few rooms it started and gradually it added not rooms, but services from many dimentions. It secured the FIVE STAR license from the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, a prestigious license issued to only a few in the country. During it’s long journey, it focused not only on providing rooms to stay, but also on Food and Beverage, and now we are a F&B destination as well.

a month agoPositives: 1. The price of food was reasonable compared to Royal Tulip/Seagull2. Good for organizing business programs on a budget3. Spacious lobby4. Good Parking Space5. Good security6. Bigger rooms compared to SeagullNegatives:1. Far from beach, didnt like the long walk every time we wanted to relax at the beach. Moreover the road to the beach was very dark, smelly and dirty to say the least. The hotel should take measures to keep it clean even if the road is state owned.2. Rooms were clean and standard but the morning breakfast was very much dissapointing and not as per international standard in comparison to Royal Tulip / Seagull. The breakfast area is also very small and cramped.3. We had to complain four times regarding air conditioning. This is not appreciated; ac switched off mutliple times.4. Staff are not welcoming; never saw anybody approaching us with a smile to ask about the quality of our stay.5. I wouldnt recommend this hotel for family trips; we saw multiple drunk men and women at the hotel lobby and exit area at 1pm.6. The hotel played blasting music around the lobby area on the occassion of Pahela Boishak. Although it might be fun for many business guests wouldnt like as the sounds were coming till the top floor corridors.7. Our room had mosquitos and they left their love marks on our face.8. The sound proofing was not adequate and we could hear the honking of cars, bikes and buses as they crossed the road infront of the hotel.9. The sr hotel manager has no manners and shouldnt work in hospitality industry.10. I have no desire to stay at a hotel which doesnt allow outside water bottles inside their premises. They want customers to buy water at a higher price.

3 months ago1. We stayed in the Premier king bed without a balcony room which was actually mountain facing but you can get a good glimpse of the sea. The condition of the room was good but the washroom fittings and lamp shades needed to be upgraded. It's not a big deal though. Just a suggestion. 2. Their service was quite remarkable. Almost all the in room services were available 24/7 like laundry and restaurant. I liked this a lot. 3. The location of the hotel is very convenient for us. Where I get to go wherever I want within walking distance. Be it the beach, restaurants, bus counters, rickshaw stand etc. 4. The highlight of this hotel to me was the buffet breakfast at their rooftop restaurant where you can enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Sea while having breakfast with your loved ones. It was just amazing. That being said, they have made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable at the same time so I would highly recommend this hotel.

a month agoAbsolutely amazing stay! This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are beautiful, the service is top-notch, and everything is spotlessly clean. The food is delicious, and the overall vibe of the place is just perfect. We are really happy with our experience—definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

2 months agoAbsolutely horrendous staff and disgustingly subpar service from the employees. Verbal communication and confirmation during the booking phase does not match the commitment at the time of check-in. Rooms were incorrectly booked and the amazingly untrained "professionals" made us wait an extra hour in the lobby as the "rooms were not ready." Almost 2 extra hours for them to appropriately stock amenities such as towels in the rooms. Consider other hotel options for your vacation as the service will definitely damper the vibes! Swift adjustment of staff heavily indicated here.
