2 months agoThe Lake View Convention is located on the 5th floor of Khan ABC Tradeplex. The convention center has additional space on floor 9 of the same building. I attended a wedding reception here. The venue is spacious. For the program I was attending, there was seating arrangements for more than 150 people. I had a talk with the catering staffs and they told me that the convention center can accommodate about 600 people with both floors combined. Apart from space, the interior of the convention center is modern, well-lit, eye pleasing and photogenic. The furnitures are comfortable and well maintained. The food was good too. We were served Kacchi Biryani, Chicken roast, Beef, Tikiya Kabab, Jorda, Borhani and Misti Paan. The Biriyani had sufficient amount of mutton. The caterer who served us on our table was well mannered but a bit clumsy. ♿ The convention center is wheelchair accessible due to availability of multiple elevators to access the upper floors in the building.

a month agoLake View Convention is the best wedding venue in Dhanmondi, Dhaka. Everything just felt right from start to finish. The place looks amazing—clean, modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The lighting and overall setup give a really premium vibe. What really stood out was the management. Super professional, very organized, and always helpful. No confusion, no stress—they knew exactly what they were doing and handled everything smoothly. The service was excellent. The waiters and staff were polite, attentive, and quick to respond. Guests were taken care of properly, which honestly makes a huge difference in any event. And the food was really, really good. Fresh, tasty, and well-presented. We got so many compliments from guests about the food, which says a lot. Overall, this is the best convention hall in Dhanmondi and a great choice for weddings, receptions, and other events. If you want a beautiful venue, good food, smooth management, and zero headaches—Lake View Convention is a solid choice. Highly recommended ✌️✌️✌️

a month agorecently visited this convention in a wedding program,, left me feeling extremely disappointed. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the food was terrible. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, there was no effort made to rectify the situation or make it right. Overall, my experience was extremely unpleasant and I would not recommend this convention anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere for a better program experience...
