Hotel Sea Palace Ltd

We were 18 people including kids. Very very bad service , nothing was provided in room. We had to ask for it. Very poorly cleaned. The pool was very dirty. The breakfast options were poor. I would give 0 star if possible. The staffs were rude and they checked in us after 4 pm instead of 2 pm. Never going back again. We paid 83000 for 2 nights and it was a waste

I stayed there for 6 days, The room was big, clean, and beautiful, sea view from the 5th floor is pretty nice although it is a bit far from the sea & has one big building in front of it which hinders the view. Still nice enough to enjoy, the only issues i faced was charging my gadgets as when you take your keycard away the room went out of electricity automatically so if you leave your phone or laptop or other essential electric devices on charge you need to also leave your keycard.. You can request the front desk for a keycard to enter your room as a result... Otherwise this hotel is good enough given the location and services. Morning breakfast included as complimentary and food is decent too. The swimming pool is free for residents at 8 am-6 pm. The city side view is beautiful at night, there is too much noise, rooms are sound proof still it may bother some people.

They have two plaza, crown plaza & western plaza (3 star category). Unknowingly I did book western plaza by online. Discounted rate was asked more than 4000 while original price was 7000 as they said. So I confirmed the booking! But it was a terrible experience. Room was faded, bedsheet, pillow cover etc everything were pale for overusing, AC fan was in balcony, so couldn’t use that. The door, table, chair everything looked dead old! And nevertheless, they even didn’t care for providing handwash in washroom! Only one soap for two person for shower & all. Even you can't get free access to the pool! You need to pay 250 for an hour. As it was so much overpriced, tried to cancel my 2nd day booking, but couldn’t for their policy!

While sommaintenance, poor breakfast options, and high prices. The hotel's location, while in a goode praise its spacious rooms, clean lobby, and friendly staff, others criticize its outdated area, is a bit far from the beach compared to other hotels. Some reviewers also mention the pool being poorly maintained or requiring an additional fee.

This is a complete hotel with Swimming pool,Gym,Big rooms,Shopping mall,BBQ,Good breakfast,Restaurent etc.It is not the high rated hotel but you cannot rate it low because of its room size,toilet size or its capacity of arranging big programs with thousand and more people.
