I had an amazing experience at Hotel Kollol in Cox's Bazar! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is in a great location—just a short walk from the beach and near the tourist police station. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. Overall, it's a great place to relax and enjoy Cox’s Bazar. Breakfast was included but their swimming pools was very small.
I stayed there a 1 week ago on 4th floor in a sea view room. Room facilities were moderately satisfactory. The couple room rent was 8K on peak seasong, though I got 50% discount. But according to me, for a room rent of 8,000 taka, the room is quite small in size. It would have been better, if it were 6,000 taka in peak season.
This hotel stands on a prime location. It's restaurant "Kashundi" is jewel in Cox's Bazar. Kashundi's environment, food quality and service are outstanding. The hotel can be proud of it's restaurant by all counts. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't stand by it's restaurant. The hotel rooms badly need renovation. The toilets need reconstruction. Services need substantial improvements.
Rooms are very spacious. Seaview rooms are with great view. Have live concerts every night. They have automated massage chairs, which is very good. Restaurant food is also good
