Ultra luxurious resort in sreemangal. Very well decorated resort with outstanding service, ambience. Food selection is also good and top notch. I stayed there for 1 day and had very good experience. The resort have no villas, that is one of the cons of this resort

The customer service was excellent and the environment was so cool and refreshing. Only thing I missed was a balcony with the room, which would have made the experience even better. Overall, it was a very relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommend visiting!

We stayed at Grand Sultan Resort after experiencing The Palace, which was impeccable in every way — sadly, Grand Sultan was a huge disappointment. When it rained, we asked for umbrellas for our group of four, but they only gave us one, even after repeatedly requesting more. Seriously? On top of that, the security guards were unbelievably rude and dismissive, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. For the high price they charge, you expect good hospitality and respect, but we got neither. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free getaway.

No matter how many times I visit, this place never gets old or boring. I love the ambience and the natural beauty it offers. The gym is well-equipped, with separate facilities for males and females. They also have a theatre and a game room, along with indoor and outdoor playgrounds for children. Without a doubt, this is one of the best resorts in Sreemongol.
