The hotel was great within the budget. I stayed in their couple queen room. The room was very neat and clean, especially their bathroom was more beautiful. Each of their staff was very helpful and polite. Rojeland Sojib brothers at the reception were very helpful. They tried to assist us in many ways. And always greeted us with a smile when entering and leaving the hotel. We were especially impressed with their behavior. The rooms provided all the expected amenities and were spacious enough and the interior environment was also good. I took the room with my family for one night and later I was forced to stay for another night. Because my family liked the environment very much. And the complimentary breakfast had good quality food with sufficient items. Their car was also good for airport pickup and drop-off. In my opinion the room service was excellent. Since the cost varies depending on the peak season or off season, I will not comment on the cost and quality ratio. However, it is a good choice for staying near peak season. Overall I would give it a 10/10.
Disappointing Stay – Needs Major Improvement
• ❌ Found a cockroach in the room – very unhygienic and unacceptable.
• ❌ Washroom lock was broken – made using it uncomfortable.
• ❌ Doorbell didn’t work – basic maintenance was clearly lacking.
• ❌ Buffet had very limited variety compared to previous visits – quite disappointing.
• ❌ Triple bed setup was terrible – extra bed was too uncomfortable to use.
➤ We ended up using just one bed for everyone.
However:
• ✅ Staff were very nice, polite, and helpful throughout the stay.
Overall:
While the staff were excellent, the poor room condition and lack of proper facilities made the stay uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money unless they fix these issues.
We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. Despite their claims, there was no usable WiFi, which made it really difficult to stay connected. The AC made loud, disturbing noises throughout the night, making sleep uncomfortable. When the electricity went out (which happened multiple times), the generator took 2–3 minutes to start, leaving us in the dark and heat. Additionally, the TV and remote didn’t work properly, making it impossible to enjoy any entertainment.
On top of that, the swimming pool water was not clean at all — very unhygienic and clearly not maintained regularly. It made us feel unsafe using it.
This hotel really needs to improve its basic amenities if it wants to meet guests’ expectations. Would not recommend unless these issues are fixed.

5th time in this hotel. Unfortunately this time it was horrible. Employees are very cooperative. But their management is TOO POOR, TOO UNPROFESSIONAL.
Room size is good enough but VENTILATION is pathetic. You can't last an hour without electricity. They have huge problem with GENERATOR. This time we had to suffer a lot. At night around 2 hours and in the morning almost 3 hours WITHOUT ELECTRICITY, it was like HELL!
Informed the management, HE DIDN'T EVEN SAY a simple "SORRY"! Rather scolded the reception why they didn't take the FULL payment!
There are too many good hotels in Cox'sbazar, you can easily manage a better one.
If u don't want to SUFFER, you can just AVOID THIS POOR HOTEL.
