Fortis Downtown Resort

We went there in an evening package there on June 11, which is very enjoyable in this time of year when noon is very hot and humid. The day before we visited the Mad(Mud) Farm which was a very bitter experience. The kids play area here is well kept. The kids enjoyed playing there in the evening and after dinner as well. Though the absence of zipline was a shock to the kids. The big big lawns was very enjoyable. A perfect place for picnic. The kids enjoyed swimming pool even more. The depth and the temperature of the swimming pool was perfect. The lighting and music added the pleasure. The jacuzzi was very relaxing. The changing room though needed some improvement and it was a little dirty as well. The staffs were very very friendly and cooperative. One of them even went outside to bring medicine for the little feverish boy. A must visit again.

Fortis Downtown Resort in Badda, Dhaka truly stands out for its excellent natural ambience. The large green field and the spacious swimming pool add great charm, making it an ideal spot for relaxation or family outings. Moreover, the surroundings are peaceful and visually pleasing. 🌱 However, the experience takes a dip when it comes to employee behaviour and communication. The staff seem untrained and unwelcoming, which spoils the mood rather quickly. On top of that, snacks and soft drinks are overpriced, which doesn't match the level of service provided. The resort has a very narrow parking space (10 vehicles maximum) Adding to the disappointment, the buffet menu is very limited, and even the few items available taste just average at best. While the place has a lot of natural promise, it badly needs improvements in hospitality, pricing, and food quality to truly offer a balanced resort experience. Recommended! 💜

Went there on evening tour on eid holiday, the place is very spacious and good for kids and families together. Pool was good but changing rooms were not well maintained (maybe for the rush) but they provided towels and also plastic bags for carrying wet clothes. Overall good experience with family and very photogenic I must say.

Service and stuff behaviour are not good. They want full payment upfront and then just ignores the service. Food quality not good. They recycle the food. For example if you have chicken tandoori for lunch. They will turn the extra into curry and serve you for dinner. Then if some curry still left then, they will mix it with lentils and serve you for breakfast. Swimming pool is nice and the rooms are also nice.

Our room.101 had no mirror. There were only ac in the room so it took a a bit of time to get cool. Enjoy the music during lunch.food taste was ok.
