The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Good quality 5 star hotel very close to the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka. Their complimentary breakfast is better than most other 5 star hotels in Dhaka. Hotel staff were extremely polite and cordial.

Had a wonderful stay for 6 nights. Everything was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner buffet layout with a fantastic spread. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable, and every staff member was always happy and eager to assist. Highly recommended!
