I had a very bad experience. At first I booked the room from go-jayan, don't trust go-jayan. I didn't got the room which I choose. Later the go-jayan team offered me another one which I rejected. Whole system is a errors of era. After reaching hotel,I explained the issue to the front desk, they didn't care my issue. Though most of the room was empty they didn't tried to offer me which I booked. The room tarif is very high regarding the view and service. I will recommend not to choose this hotel in this price, you better search there are lots of options . Avoid go-jayan. Buffet breakfast item are very poor. Moreover I booked for large bed because I went there with my wife, very hilarious they gave me a twin bed . Please before booking search for hotels, because in this high tariff you will find so many good hotels

Now Resort is peaceful and they are so decorated. Resort have beautiful natural environment vibe and pool side is so amazing. Complementary Breakfast is so amazing and enjoyable. Resort staff's are so cordial and nice. Some Suggestions: Authority can include/contact driver service affordable tomtom service by this guest can move easily here there. If they can provide rental bicycles it will amazing by which guest can ride .

I recently enjoyed a two-day stay at a lovely resort near Inani. Its location, eco-friendly atmosphere, sea view, and especially the swimming pool view, make it a wonderful option. However, its appeal is somewhat diminished by its proximity to the luxurious Bay Watch, a five-star establishment in Cox's Bazar. I did have a few minor observations: 1. Room service was a bit slow. 2. The buffet breakfast was very ordinary and too mainstream. 3. Some amenities were outdated (for example, the air conditioning was not functioning optimally). 4. The rooms felt somewhat small and lacked a couch.

Value for money if you get their rooms at a discount for half the price. Otherwise, you might be disappointed. I found some problems in my Suite of room 108: 1. The TV internet connection was not working properly. 2. The room smelt very foul when I first entered the room. 3. The supply of water from taps smells very bad, and not worthy of doing gurgles even. I think the management is becoming callous to maintain their room maintenance before the placement of their guests. Overall, at a discount price, the surrounding view, breakfast and the swimming pool offered with rooms can be a lucrative option if the service quality is improved.

The first & most important issue about Dera is, the orientation of the bed. It was terribly on an odd position towards Kaba. That is, the guest have to lie down the head toward east side. As a Muslim, it is terrible. No other issue will come near it. Although, I had to wait for some time for their buffet breakfast because of their smaller dining space. But the location was so beautiful. Environment was so calm & mind pleasing. Apart from my first issue, room was elegant. Services was also quite nice.
